Our main concern at “Kontos” restaurant is the quality of our products and the authentic tastes of the traditional Greek cuisine. Just a few meters from the taverna are our private fields where we plant most of the ingredients of our Aegean kitchen that we use for the fresh-cut salads or starters but also as basic ingredients in many traditional cooked plates. Some of them are tomatoes, green peppers, onions, cucumbers, zucchinis, aubergines, rocket, spinach and more. In Mikri Vigla of Naxos is also where we keep our small fold of goats and lambs raised completely natural in order to ensure the best quality to our dishes.
